My time in Kuching was great to say the least. Reuniting wif old frens and of course finally seeing my family after almost 2 years in the UK. Was back in Kuching for almost 2 months and one of the main reason to attend my restaurant's double celebration, 4070(4D anyone? ;P). It was Lok Thian's 40th Anniversary since its establishment and of course my grandpa's 70th birthday. Family members and relatives from all over the globe attended the celebration and it was great to see almost all of them as I wont be able to be in Kuching for Chinese New Year(wud be missing it for the third time). It was an enjoyable celebration lasting for two nights. Dat was one of the many highlights of my time back home and another was my trip to Thailand. The trip lasted for almost 2 weeks visited KL and Singapore in the process. Thailand was ok, KL was alrite but Singapore was a lot btr. After visiting Bangkok, Chiang Mai and KL, Singapore was like a fresh breath of air. Bangkok was smoggy(if dats a word), Chiang Mai was ermm.. quite boring and KL was well.... typical KL. Traffic jams, hot, packed wif ppl but Singapore is different.Yes, its packed wif ppl but its cleaner and tidier. When it was time to return home, I was more than keen to go back. Seeing familiar faces, places and of course the charm of Kuching. Going out for suppers or just chilling out wif frens beats visiting Bangkok or KL hands down. Playing badminton in KGS, bowling at Riverside, having supper at Open Air or Expert, playing futsal, singing at Xanadu and not forgetting the New Year's Eve at barZing!. Antics from Leng n Jac was memorable not forgetting the quote from Leng "After breaking the glass, I went to Jungle". Well, prolly a circle of frens wud get what I'm talking about...lol....... These are onli a few moments dat contributed to the fun times in Kch. There are many more to write but I'm knackered so dats all for now.
